98ab Complete Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to every member who uses the 98ab platform and its services. By creating an account at 98ab or starting to use any of its services, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

98ab reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be published on the website before taking effect. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.

1. Membership and Eligibility

To open an account and use the services at 98ab, you must meet the following conditions:

• You must be at least 21 years old. This platform is open only to those aged 21 or above.

• You may hold only one account in your name. A single person holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

3. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Deposit

The accepted payment methods for depositing money at 98ab are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank).

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 for each method.
• The payment method used for a deposit must be registered in the member's own name.
• Depositing through a third party's account or payment method is prohibited.
• If a deposit amount does not reflect in your account due to a technical issue, notify the support team immediately with proof of the transaction.

3.2 Withdrawal

The rules regarding withdrawals are as follows:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Time to complete a withdrawal under normal conditions: within 1 hour.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Funds earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the bonus wagering requirements have been met.
• Withdrawals may be delayed until verification (KYC) is completed.
• In the case of unusual or suspicious activity, 98ab reserves the right to put a withdrawal on hold and conduct an investigation.

4. Bonus and Promotion Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000.

• Example 1: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000.
• Example 2: Deposit ৳32,000 and receive the maximum ৳15,000 bonus → total balance ৳47,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements must be met before a bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only.

• Accepting a bonus is optional. There is an option to decline the bonus at the time of deposit.
• The bonus applies only once, at the time of the first deposit.
• Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts under the same household, same IP address, or same device is prohibited.
• If any bonus terms are violated, 98ab reserves the right to cancel the bonus and any associated winnings.
• For other promotions and offers, specific terms will apply to each one and will be announced separately.

5. VIP and Loyalty Program

The 98ab VIP program has three tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

Advancement to a higher tier depends on your consistent activity and participation on the platform. 98ab reserves the right to change VIP tier benefits, and any changes will be communicated in advance.

6. Permitted and Prohibited Activities

6.1 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 98ab platform:

• Money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated method to play games.
• Attempting to earn bonuses through fraudulent means (bonus abuse).
• Accessing or attempting to hack another member's account.
• Attempting to make unauthorized modifications to any system or software on the platform.
• Operating multiple accounts from the same network or device.
• Abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior toward other members or support staff.

6.2 Consequences of Violations

If any of the above prohibited activities occur, 98ab may take the following actions:

• Temporarily or permanently suspend the account.
• Cancel all bonuses and bonus-related winnings.
• Confiscate the account balance (in cases of fraudulent activity).
• Take legal action where applicable.

7. Game Fairness and Security
